If I lived here, I would add a dining space to either wall next to the kitchen. The great room could accommodate living room and dining room furniture.
The cabinets were created 20 years ago and look like new! There is an Amish pantry with custom shelving. The bar stools stay and the hardwood floor was replaced in March 2026.
Granite and tiled backsplash were replaced by owner a few years ago. New hardwood floor was installed March 2026.
Cabinets were well made 20 years ago and could last another 20+ years. Within the last 5 years, stove, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator were all replaced.
I love the tile selection for the backsplash...it's clean and sophisticated.

The double doors on the wall near the garage door pull open and hide main floor laundry space. Sellers used the space next to the window for a table and chair setting for 4 adults. (They also played games on that table.) Bridge, anyone?
